ClosedBolt is a user-generated content platform focused on performance and training within the shooting community.

We do not provide legal, tactical, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for your conduct and compliance with all applicable laws.

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain the security of your account.
• Be responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post, including videos, images, and text ("User Content").

By posting User Content, you grant Sprague Systems LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host
• Store
• Display
• Distribute
• Reproduce
• Format
• Use for promotional purposes related to the Platform

This license remains in effect while the content is hosted on the Platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to the content.
• Your content does not infringe the rights of others.
• Your content complies with these Terms.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are prohibited:

• Slurs, hate speech, or demeaning language directed at any individual or group.
• Harassment or threats.
• Promotion of illegal activity.
• Content depicting unlawful misuse of firearms.
• Defamatory content.
• Pornographic content.
• Impersonation of another person.

We may remove content or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

6. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or suspend content or accounts at any time.

We are not obligated to provide notice or explanation for moderation decisions.

7. No Endorsement

User Content does not represent the views of Sprague Systems LLC.

We do not endorse or verify user submissions.

8. Assumption of Risk

Firearm use involves inherent risks.

You assume full responsibility for your conduct and any resulting injury or damage.

Sprague Systems LLC is not responsible for actions taken based on content viewed on the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All non-user content, software, branding, and design are owned by Sprague Systems LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the Platform.

10. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sprague Systems LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sprague Systems LLC from claims arising out of:

• Your content.
• Your conduct.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
